TERMS OF SERVICE
By choosing to commission me for custom artwork, you agree to the following terms of service outlined here:
General Guidelines:
I have the right to refuse service and stop a commission at any time if it goes against any of the following:
I. If it falls under what I won't draw.
II. If disrespect from the respective client towards the artist continues.
III. If a client intends to misuse a commission for harmful purposes such as misusing copyright for purposes for profit, AI training etc...
What I won't draw if you're looking to commission me:
I. Art requested in the style of another artist; I do not intend to be a replacement for another artist and have my own way of drawing. If you want the art in their style, please request from them instead.
II. Any form of NSFW Content - anything 18+ in regards to sexual activity/excessive gore.
Fetish art is also included under the NSFW category.
III. Hate Speech intended on being discriminatory to any minority groups, especially those from different, lesser known, ethnic backgrounds, the disabled and lgbtq+ communities - any form of hateful request given to me by clients like this will be blacklisted from future commissions.
Please provide drawn/photo/sketch references for any commissioned work you're requesting, this will be helpful for both parties in order to communicate ideas more clearly.
The terms outlined here may vary depending on the type of commission.
Payment & Fees:
Payment methods can be done through vgen.Prices listed may change, depending on the increasing demand and my own skill level improving, but will remain consistent.Any additional changes may incur an additional 25% cost of the original price; small adjustments will not be included in this, only major changes made to the original composition and design will count.
Commission Process & Scheduling:
Commissions may take between 1 - 2 weeks at minimum; this time range may depend on the amount of art commissioned and the time I have available during the week.Any needed deadline dates should be declared to me before the commission can be continue; deadline changes made during the commission will incur an additional 25% on top of the original price.Works in progress will be provided throughout the entire commission process, and within a timely manner before changes are properly finalised.Works in progress will be sent in lower quality and will be watermarked.Please be aware that I am also a human being, and while I do intend on making sure I reach deadlines on time, some things may come up in my life and delay completion of the commission - you are free to contact me when that happens with questions, and I will try give updates on any possible issues that come up so you are informed.
Intellectual Property Rights
Commissions are primarily personal unless monetized content/merchandising licenses have been purchased from me.Please don't erase/alter any of the watermarks placed on the artwork.Please don't render any sketch/flat commissions given to you; altering the existing render is prohibited too.Any commissions completed will be posted publicly on my social medias unless stated otherwise.You will be denied my service if you use any of the commissioned images for AI training, NFTs or any form of crypto currency.Fanart commissions from any series may be used by me for prints, unless it involves your own OCs.Reposting the commission is fine, just make sure to credit me on any of the social media's listed above.
Refunds
Full refunds can be given if the commission has yet to be started and no sketch has been shared for approval/revisions.Once the commission is complete, refunds cannot be given.At least 50% of the original commission price will be refunded if cancelled while the commission is being made.Please do not attempt to file chargebacks if you have already approved the finished commission; It will be made known to the online community and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.
